Description Robert Half is partnering with a highly well-known publicly traded company for a Contracts Specialist to join their team! Key Duties: + Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, providing status updates to stakeholders + Review current policies and regulations for certain geographies in which the company does business + Conduct legal research on cases Requirements Requirements: + 5+ YOE in contracts management - drafting, redlining, negotiating, closing + Previous experience with SaaS and IT agreements, Supply Chain, and Procurement required + Ability to commute 3-days a week on-site in Seattle The salary range for this position is $40-46/hr.
