Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services, LLC (Eurofins PSS) is searching for a Contracts Specialist to join our team.  This role will have responsibility spanning the full contract lifecycle including managing timelines, drafting, reviewing, and administratively managing the approval process and storage of contractual agreements to ensure contracts are renewed and current to meet time schedules in addition to being a supportive team member with additional duties as needed.  Contracts Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: + Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements. + Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations and document any variance requests. + Liaison with external counsel when required for additional review. + Handle and ensure contracts are submitted and meet the internal review and approval process requirements. + Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy and quality. + Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date contract files. + Oversee renewal cycle and summary of key terms to ensure contract compliance. + Administer internal electronic signature application for use in contracts and statements of work. + Complete periodic compliance reviews for internal requirements for contracts, finance and other areas as assigned. + Provide executive administrative support and conduct special projects as directed. + Recommend and implement process improvements when appropriate. + Assist and provide support for administrative projects as needed to support overall team responsibilities. Basic Minimum Qualifications: + Associate degree and at least two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship The position is hybrid (commuting to the Lancaster, PA office several days a week), full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
