We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our global legal team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our legal team, focusing on contract review and management.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Review and draft confidentiality agreements to protect the company's interests. Manage contractual processes and ensure timely and accurate execution. Support the legal team in various activities, including legal research, document preparation, and compliance monitoring. Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the company’s interests globally. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and provide guidance on legal matters.Essential Qualifications
A law degree and an active license to practice law 2+ years of commercial legal experience Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage simultaneous projects under short deadlines Strong interpersonal skills to work as a team-player and to effectively work with people of diverse culture across a variety of business disciplines Strong English communication skills, both orally and in writing Ability to work autonomously as well as in a cross functional teamPreferred Qualifications
Tech industry experience is a plus Substantial experience in the software licensing or technology industry (including cloud products) is a plus Managing contract management systems/tools is a plusAbout Telesign:
