Contract Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This role will be responsible to development and improvement on Outlet Contract Management, draught usage and reporting. Support for all related to contract, gratis , payment claims and applications.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Continuous assess, develop and implement Outlet contract strategies in alignment to overall company objectives Identify area for improvement in contract management process and develop and implements plans to address them Perform regular analysis and reporting on outlet performance against contract target Support the development and implementation of new contract agreements as needed Conduct regular views of contract management policies and procedure to ensure they are up to date and effective Work closely with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to ensure alignment and compliance. And Requesting Management's signature for each contract Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewal or extension processes as required with internal teams Analyse and calculate the return on investment (ROI) for business agreements, ensuring all metrics align with the budget that is stipulated in the contract Maintain organized and consolidated records of all Financial Terms and conditions of all contracts in Draught Updated, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Individual Key account profiles are prepared and updated
