What You'll Do:
Develop a thorough understanding of AFC policies, processes, and procedures related to processing of contracts.
Analyze and verify documents required for contracting under AFC established guidelines.
Determine the validity, and accuracy, of the information received.
Search and download needed documents from state agency websites.
Ensure complete and accurate account information based on documentation reviewed.
Generate contracts and necessary amendments for execution.
Review, accept, scan properly executed documents.
Review ACH Documentation for accuracy and set up of accounts for ACH processing.
Ensure timely and accurate follow ups for all necessary documentation.
Must Haves:
Post high school course work in a related field, or 3-5 years of office experience, preferred but not required.Good organizational and analytical skills, with a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented office environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to perform varied tasks with professional judgment, accuracy, and timeliness.Prior experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred but not required.Sound like a match?
