You'll achieve your best if you have: 3 or more years of relevant corporate, in-house experience in transactional contracts support, including reviewing, interpreting and negotiating commercial contracts relating to procurement, sales, SaaS, IT, and Data Privacy. Proven track record of responsiveness and dependability in a deadline driven environment. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple project activities and competing work demands. Detail oriented but possessing the ability to see the big picture. Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, courteous working relationships with others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have a sense of urgency, self-motivated, and accountable. Ability to perform Quality Control on self and others. Experience with Microsoft Word and Office suite, Google Docs and Workspace suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
You will stand out with: Experience with contract management, collaborative work management/workflow, and reporting software tools. Professional proficiency in French is a plus

Wrike is recruiting a Contract Specialist to be a member of Wrike's Legal Team, working closely their internal business clients. The Contract Specialist will be key to delivering high quality contract review and negotiation services in a responsive and timely manner.
