The P3 (Public-Private Partnership) Contract Supervisor will provide strategic, and tactical commercial support to the HBS P3 business through the application of knowledge and experience in PPP’s and Service Contracts. They will work closely with Plant manager , SOPL, Sourcing and Legal Teams to ensure optimized Legal, Risk and Financial Outcomes for the UMD P3 contract.
Key Responsibilities
•\tAssist in the negotiation and resolution of contractual issues, including promoting better contractual processes to assist the site teams to best comply with contract obligations.
•\tWork with Honeywell customers in a strategic and positively constructive manner to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
•\tSupport Legal and Business teams to prepare contractual correspondence with reference to specific entitlements and obligations under the various contractual arrangements within the P3 portfolio in Canada and US
•\tWork closely with Legal, Sourcing and global teams to ensure contracts comply with the relevant legal, legislative and procurement requirements.
•\tResponsible for the development and management of a Commercial Register for UMD
•\tProactively engage with customer’s commercial representatives to manage the resolution of commercial
•\tReady to Issue letters related to latent deficiency relief events, abatement etc.
YOU MUST HAVE
•\tProject Management experience having strong contract management exposure
•\tGood handle on MS suite – Excel, Word and Power Point.
•\tStrong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
•\tDemonstrated ability to support high-demand teams
•\tDelivering service delivery outcomes including financial and service performance indicators
•\tThe ability to understand financial information at contract level and identify appropriate actions to ensure key metrics are achieved
