Interacts with Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit, and Information Systems departments, Multi-Unit Account Executives, customers, and vendors. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Position Responsibilities:** + New vendor and new item set up within system, item substitution maintenance. + Vendor maintenance and compliance; vendor billback maintenance. + Price contract maintenance, price testing and verification. + Customer product documentation maintenance. Warehouse notification of product changes, adds, and deletes. Assistance with customer purchasing reviews and customer surcharge maintenance. + Order guide set up and maintenance.
