Job Description
We're looking for an experienced leader to join our EMEA regional operations team.
You will report into the EMEA Regional Operations team, directing and supporting a team of directly reporting employees, and a team of employees within our shared services organization based in India. Your team will complete administrative deliverables related to the order management of contractual services and the delivery of contractual obligations to our customers.
This new position will ensure global alignment through the creation of a contracts administration team under the direction of our Regional Operations team. You will need to handle a large amount of information, understand the current processes, and implement a more structured solution to contract administration. Your role is important to our success and is empowered to lead process improvements by networking globally to improve efficiency within the business.
You will already understand the business processes from quotation to delivery, and will translate this experience to set the direction of your team. You will use your people management skills to lead your team to success, and achieve process changes that involve multiple partners.
Your Responsibilities - You Will Do:Lead a team of directly and indirectly reporting employees.Complete through your team, and through your own interaction, administrative deliverables related to the quotation, order booking and delivery of contractual services.Ensure on time delivery of services to customer locations, aligned within contractual obligations.Expedite requests from the sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction to meet our annual recurring revenue targets.Identify and lead process improvements to increase productivity across the business.Implement new processes inline with global direction, while representing regional needs.Define development opportunities and coach employees to gain the skills required to succeed in their current role and future career.The Essentials - You Will Have:3 years experience leading remote employees.Knowledge of operational processes from quotation to delivery.1+ year of experience with the implementation of process changes.Confidence to take ownership and make decisions.Experienced in adapting presentations to different audiences.Fluent English spoken and written.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Knowledge of change management.Familiarity with contract order booking within SAP.Proficient in Microsoft 365.What We Offer:Along with a great compensation package, your benefits also include:
