**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Title:** Contract Support Manager (Nuclear Records Management)
**Location:** Warrington (hybrid). Will be required to travel occasionally.
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Support Manager to assist with the running of our sector operations. The Contract Support Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, external contractors, and cross-functional teams to drive programme success, mitigate risks, and ensure that strategic objectives are met.
**Your role in our mission:**
+ Assist in the management of a project plan to ensure alignment across sites with consistent and timely delivery of project activities.
+ Work closely with the customer to understand reporting requirements
+ Report operational risk factors and provide progress updates on mitigation plans.
+ Report by exception if the operational teams fail to meet performance targets by working closely with the operational team.
+ Assist in the management of the project plan to ensure alignment across sites with consistent and timely delivery of project activities
+ Follow security procedures to ensure site security and confidentiality at all times.
+ Understand the key principles and requirements of ISO standards and GDPR and be able to effectively demonstrate compliance with all applicable information security requirements
+ Identify, record and contribute to the resolution, management and mitigation of risks in a timely manner.
+ Identify areas of process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
+ Provide reporting in line with contract requirements for monthly customer reports
+ Understand Business Continuity Management (BCM) and comply with BCM Policies and Procedures at all times.
+ Authoring of Change Control documents, including review with and submission to client.
+ Cost control analysis of approved Change Controls against project performance
+ Production and management of supplier Purchase Orders
+ Leading contract reviews to ensure bilateral compliance
+ Management of the Invoicing process
+ Management of subcontractors through evaluation and review processes.
+ Ensure formal contract correspondence systems are maintained on shared drives for the contract.
+ The Contract Support Manager conducts quarterly full risk register reviews with the Senior Contract Service Delivery Manager and Head of Service Delivery.
**Valued skills and experience:**
+ Substantial experience of Contract Support Management
+ Experience within the nuclear industry or highly regulated environments is desirable.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of managing diverse project teams.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external parties.
+ Commercial awareness, decision-making, numeracy, effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
+ Negotiation skills, organisational skills – with the ability to work to deadlines
+ Accuracy and attention to detail and experience of developing relevant contractual documents,
+ Experience of working closely with multiple client stakeholders.
+ Desirable but not essential: Degree educated or similar, CIPS qualification.
