POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This is an open-ended contract position.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Assist in the coordination and administration of routine Talent Acquisition transactions.New hire processing – offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork.Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruiting and/or HR teams.Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.Represent Embraer at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.Promote Embraer as an employer of choice through knowledge of the organizations benefits, policies, practices, history and culture. Supporting tasks that contribute to process improvement Identify areas for continuous improvement to be shared with manager. Vendor communication and scheduling Internal team support and coordination Managing self and assigned tasks.Support administration of defined initiatives.ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
Required: High School Diploma.Experience:
Prefer candidate with 1+ years of previous experience in area of responsibility and/or basic administrative experience; clerical duties.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skillsAcute attention to detail and follow up skillsStrong customer service orientation, along with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced work environmentProficient in MS Word, Excel & Power PointExcellent organizational skillsInitiative, flexibility and a high degree of confidentiality.Basic administrative techniquesCooperative, interpersonal skills organized and detailed oriented.Working Conditions / Environment/Special Requirements
