The Contract Talent Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Mindbody + ClassPass Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. As part of a globally distributed workforce spanning over 30 countries, we navigate a complex ecosystem of software tools, vendors, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our internal operations are both simple and scalable, while delivering an outstanding interviewing and onboarding experience for our candidates. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, intricate environment.

This is a three month fixed term contract. Ideally this candidate is located in Boston MA, and can commit to 1-day in the Boston office per week.

Experience & Skills:

4+ years as an administrator of Greenhouse ATS4+ years of experience managing projects, programs, and operational initiatives, ideally within the HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition space2+ years of experience leading impactful programs, delivering measurable results with clear success metricsProven track record of taking projects from inception to completion, with an ability to execute efficientlyDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externallyStrong desire to innovate, continuously improving processes and embracing new tools to drive efficiency and impactProficient in using data and feedback to refine processes and deliver impactful solutionsSkilled at adapting communication to various audiences, building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectivesAbility to think clearly under pressure, managing multiple priorities independently and in team environmentsEnthusiastic about leveraging innovative tools such as generative AI to optimize workflows and create high-impact outcomesExperience with Project Management tools and methodologies to keep programs on track and aligned with company goals

Pay Transparency: $50-75/hr, depending on skills and experience
