Job Title: Contract to Hire - Production Worker
Job Description

We have 2nd and 3rd shift openings in a manufacturing environment producing piston rings for the automotive industry and other customers. This role involves working with production machinery and ensuring the quality of the products.

ResponsibilitiesFollow Standard Work Instructions.Meet cycle times.Monitor equipment.Ensure machinery is operating properly.Assist with performing routine maintenance on equipment.Conduct quality checks and inspections.Complete required documentation.Essential SkillsExperience in quality control, quality assurance, quality check, and quality inspection.Ability to use micrometers and other measuring tools.Experience with coil winder, coil winding, piston, machine assembly, machine operation, and production machinery.Ability to lift 15 lbs.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Willingness to work overtime.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing experience.Assembly experience.Good attendance record.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25
