The Contracting & Licensing Associate provides accurate and timely support, coaching, and administration of contracting processes, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining personal information across the Sun Life Financial Distribution (SLFD) channel. We work closely with advisors, District leaders & Staff, Compliance, recruiting and selection teams, and other internal business partners to provide technical and procedural advice with excellent client service on a daily basis. And we play keys role in supporting Contracting & Licensing projects/initiatives, and documenting and implementing new processes inline with evolving Business and Regulatory changes.
Main accountabilities:
Provide excellent client service and expertise through handling contracting related enquires from our Sun Life Financial Distribution channel, Insurance Council staff, Sun Life employees and internal partners
Support Advisors, District leaders and their staff with understanding of contracting processes, such as role changes, terminations, appointments, address changes and other advisor updates.
Update advisor data on client contracts
Establish and maintain advisor information in our systems
Identify and document process improvement opportunities
Act as a subject matter expert to support Contracting & Licensing projects and key initiatives

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
