Hardware Engineer PCB Develop FMEA processes for existing and new equipment parts Should be able to test any equipment Perform data analysis to predict failures and prevent them before they cause downtime Use performance evaluation tests to find potential safety and production risks Find recurring failures and perform root cause analysis to understand them and recommend corrective actions Comply with the life cycle management process Push for continuous improvement and anticipate customer needs (1.) To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets. (2.) To create the root cause analysis for critical issuesorfaults (hands on working). (3.) To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects. (4.) To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues. (5.) To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the team s performance.
