This position will either be a Contractor Administrator 1 – SR, depending on the selected candidate’s experience level.
Primary Duties
Note: Depending on the functional area of responsibility, some of the primary duties/responsibilities duties may or may not apply.
1. Assists with the administration of the various agreements entered into by Pipeline Marketing Department to ensure the compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts, internal risk and credit procedures as well as governmental regulations.
2. Assists with proper processing, maintenance and retention of pipeline contracts and related files and records.
3. Provides administrative support and coordinates the timely completion of contract administration paperwork.
4. Researches and responds to inquiries and data requests from management, employees, and customers
5. Develops and maintains functional knowledge of the pipeline system, its operation and the overall capability of the pipeline system.
6. Assists with the process to establish the credit risk of new and existing customers and updates the Credit Risk database and coordinates the resolution of outstanding accounts receivable issues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Educational/ Experience Level
Requires Bachelor's degree; or equivalent
Communication Skills
Requires the ability to communicate effectively by correspondence, telephone and personally with company's customers, industry participants and internal departments by exercising strong verbal and written skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Numeric Skills
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods and/or make calculations to reconcile financial statements and accounts.
Computer Skills
Requires basic computer skills to create standardized documents, reports and spreadsheets using various software such as FIS Aligne system, A/R Database, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other related software.
Work Conditions
Works in an office environment.
