In this job, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success, and we encourage you to explore this Contractor Program Security Officer career opportunity further. **As a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) , you will make impacts in the following ways;** + Responsible for managing and implementing security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations, all while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. + Developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing security awareness training to employees, while safeguarding our company's assets and reputation. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s degree and 4 years of experience or 7 or more years of experience in lieu of degree. + Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. + Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the DoD SAP Manuals, ICDs and TEMPEST. + Ability to apply the foregoing knowledge of government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations. + Ability to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations with innovative solutions geared to facilitate contract performance within the bounds of security requirements. + Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear and cogent presentation of complex information. + Demonstrate working knowledge of the DoD SAP Manuals & ICD series manuals. + Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions. + Must have a professional demeanor, good people skills, ability to communicate effectively, and be able to perform in a multi-tasked, dynamic environment. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Multi-discipline security experience and expertise in the IC. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
