Contracts Account Rep (Contracts and Orders)

SUMMARY

The Order Processor Representative is expected to be hands-on and knowledgeable on business systems and products offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 48-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team’s key initiatives supporting business goals and objectives

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process/manage orders within 48 hours hitting quality assurance target Assist Sales in administration of assigned customer accounts Analyze or research products needed by the client Runs report for the Client billing products Evaluate or recommend proposed solutions with company pricing and product dependencies Administer discount matrixes and product requirements. Determines the need for amendments or extensions to warranty or agreements Maintain working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements Escalate issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Operations supervisor and senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems Responds to internal customers in a timely manner via email/phone Identify issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Operations Supervisor and Senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems Serve as a resource to all Accounting, Product Support, Account Management, and Client services groups related to quote issues Acts as point of contact with the customer on assigned accounts Communicate with clients and RealPage internal departments regarding client orders when necessary Maintain professional and technical knowledge with the order process

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Graduate or undergraduate of any AB or BS degree with relevant work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order/contract management Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Sales Force experience is a plus Must be detailed oriented Ability to multi-task and has analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Encouraging, motivating, collaborative and highly adaptable to change Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside the organization Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented
