Contracts Administration Support - AVP

Reporting to the VP, Contract Administration Support, you will support the evolution and integration of Contracts Operations within Morgan Stanley at Work (MSAW). The primary role of this position is to support the contracts lifecycle related to our Global Equity Solutions (GES) business. Drive contracts to completion that meet the legal, compliance and risk requirements of the business, through continual monitoring, a comprehensive review of executable contracts and CRM update management.

This position will be part of a team of contracts / process excellence professionals who support the GES business and has significant interaction with our business partners, contract services and legal teams. Success in this role requires exceptional initiative, a drive to identify new approaches and an ability to bring structure to abstract problems. Responsibilities

· Perform review of contracts prior to submitting for execution by the FIRM.

· Perform CRM updates in alignment with desktop procedure and contract execution.

· Assist with the implementation of new enhancements across the MS at Work business.

· Drive process excellence by recommending and designing controls within the department / division.

· Collaborate globally with internal business units and corporate partners (GES Relationship Management/Sales, Audit, MSAW CDD, Compliance, etc.)

· Manage workflow for multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met.

· Identify and work to minimize legal and compliance risks to Morgan Stanley.

· Work with colleagues to continuously improve contract operations and processes, as well as implementation and adherence to best practices.

· Develop and maintain trustworthy and productive working relationships with all stakeholders, including our customers.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

· 7 years’ experience in Audit, Billing/Sales Operations, Business Controls, Business Process redesign, and/or Sales Operations

· Strong business and project management, planning and organization skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

· Strong teamwork skills, self-starter, and proven record of completing projects on time.

· Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

· Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

· Excellence in execution and presentations to senior stakeholders.

· Proven business acumen, candid and courageous

· Adaptable, able to quickly move into new situations and build relationships.
