Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities

The Contracts Administrator for Related Companies will be responsible for supporting the legal group and various project development teams as well as interacting with various third-parties through the contract process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Review/vet various proposals from contractors, suppliers, design professionals and consultantsPrepare agreements based on Related Companies’ contract templatesHandle the contracting process from preparation of agreement though executionInteract with lenders/investors/partners to obtain necessary contract approvalsGain familiarity with overall legal structure of each respective project, including understanding of underlying legal documents relating to the projectPrepare legal notices/correspondence

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

 

Anticipated base salary range: $100,000 + 

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.


Qualifications

Minimum of 5 -7 years of experienceBachelor's degree Experience working in a corporate environmentExperience working in construction/architecture/engineering/consulting a plus.High computer proficiency (i.e. MS Word, Excel and/or other related software programs)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), due to heavy interaction with attorneys and high-level executivesAbility to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
