What Need Can You Fill?

This Contracts Administrator role will reside within the Legal Team which supports the Business Enablement Team. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Contracts and will oversee all administrative functions in support of the Legal Team. The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized, task oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What Will You Be Doing?

Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, contract searches, organization, and filings. Contribute to and track short and long term projects. Maintain internal legal and business facing resources (i.e. Trainings, FAQ’s, etc.). Effectively use and manage all software, systems, and tools leveraged by the business. General administrative support including calendaring meetings and assisting with presentations.

What Will You Need To Succeed?

3+ years prior experience as a Paralegal or 4+ years in a Contracts Admin role. Desire to learn and expand within this role. Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders. Ability to independently conduct legal research. Ability to independently review standard form agreements such as NDA’s. Possess superior attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects at once and shift priorities to meet business needs. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Paralegal Certification (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Minimum 3+ years of Paralegal experience, or 4+ years of Contracts Admin experience. Ability to travel to internal in-person company events 3-4 times per year. Sharepoint, Excel, and Salesforce experience.
