The Contracts Administrator leads the coordination and administration of sale and lease contracts for our space rental and workforce housing projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic, supportive, and mighty team in Langley, BC.
This is a full time, permanent, In office role.
What You Get to Do:
Manage a variety of administrative and coordination activities, accounting activities such as reporting, coding, and submittal of invoices. Expert on working and managing spreadsheets and ensuring information is current and accurate. Administer rental and sales agreement contracts per the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Be the primary interface with the client post-sale of space rental units for matters relating to, the rental business and thrives on managing project coordination activities such as collection of security deposits, registration of insurance certificates, and supporting with invoicing and payment collection activities. Comfortable managing sub-contractors and vendor service agreements to ensure compliance with agreed terms. Strong understanding and interest in applying accounting principles.Who You Are:
Thorough understanding of administration, facilities management, and contract law Ability to interpret contract terms and conditions. Must be familiar with the Builders Lien Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Workers’ Compensation Act Proven ability to work in an autonomous, high-volume, and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Word and Excel Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and administration skills Excellent analytical skillsWhat We Offer:
