**Job Description:**

The Finance team is seeking a Contracts Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience with contract management and client onboarding to support our growing company. We are looking for experienced, motivated candidates that share our core values (Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Unity, and Stewardship).
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Review projects for proper set-up and documentation.
+ Detail review of contracts for important business terms.
+ Provide support (including one on one training if needed), for new project set-up.
+ Assist in project close out.
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Required Skills/Experience:**
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Handles multiple tasks and projects at once and meet deadlines
+ Completes tasks/assignments/commitments in an accurate and timely manner
+ Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work as part of team and collaborate on projects as needed
+ Aptitude to understand contracts and apply knowledge.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Presents ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
**Preferred Skills/Experience:**
+ Three or more years of relevant experience, preferably in the architecture/engineering industry
+ Experience with maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with stakeholders
+ Experience with Deltek VantagePoint
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle records and credit check
+ Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
+ Travel as needed
The compensation range for this position is between $22/hour to $31/hour. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
