David Weekley Homes has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Legal Team as a Contracts Administrator. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.

Job Responsibilities:

Enter critical dates on land contracts; track changes and updates.Process payment requests.Perform related copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.Update sales contract forms and data as directed by Legal DepartmentOther duties as assigned
Qualifications

 

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredAt least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint

Ideal Candidate will also Possess:

Basic knowledge of real estate contractsAttention to DetailComputer Literacy, including Word, Excel and SharePointCommunication and organizational skillsWorking with a Team and responding to time-sensitive requests

Work Location: This is an on-site position at our Houston headquarters located near the intersection of I-10 Katy Freeway & 610 W Loop N Freeway
