Responsibilities: • Manage the process of reviewing contracts accurately and efficiently • Upload finalized contracts to the CLM system • Contribute to various projects within the Legal department • Supervise the process of awarding contracts • Apply your skills in Corporate ParaLegal and Legal Writing to ensure contract compliance • Maintain accurate records of all contracts Requirements • Possession of a Corporate ParaLegal qualification or equivalent experience in a related field. • Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently. • Experience in reviewing contracts, ensuring they are compliant with legal regulations and company policies. • In-depth knowledge of contracts, including their structure, content, and execution processes. • Proven ability to manage the process of awarding contracts, including negotiation, selection, and finalization.
