Hourly Rate Range: $40-46 per hour

THE LEGAL TEAM

The Legal and Risk Management team is responsible for all legal and legal-related matters such as litigation, contracts, compliance, and driving record policies. This is a diverse, complex, and often unpredictable portfolio of challenges.

 

ABOUT THE ROLEThe Contracts Administrator plays a key role in the administration and management of the contracts and subcontracts lifecycle for our construction operation teams. Proactive member of the Contracts Team who aids in the timely organization, review, distribution, and completion of contract documents for review by the interdisciplinary contract review/approval team.Preparation and compilation of contract documents and comments from the review team and preparation of proposed amendments, modifications or redlines to vendor contracts.Track and maintain company contracts and other records maintained by contracts team.Preparation and filing of preliminary lien notices.Prepare draft agreements for issuance to subcontractors while consulting division Contracts Managers.Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Knowledge:  Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.  Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. ABOUT YOUYou are a proactive member of any team you’re a part of, by delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients. With over two years of experience in contracts administration, you bring qualitative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. You are a collaborative team player, with a natural ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You also bring excellent verbal and written skills. Your technical skillset includes Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat. WHAT YOU WILL GAINThe Contracts Administrator at CEI is a key partner to internal and external clients. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise into the administration of our contracts to internal stakeholders; by assisting in the organization, analysis, distribution, and completion of contract and bid documentation.  As a Contracts Administrator, you will practice our core values, Integrity and Excellence by applying expertise and continuous improvement to deliver results that we, as CEI, can be proud of every day. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. Education:  BA or equivalent experience required. Experience:  Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of contracts administration experience and/or construction experience.
