About the RoleBGIS is seeking a detail-focused Project Support Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team. In this hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 from home), you’ll work alongside Project Support Supervisors and Team Leads to deliver quality assurance, document control, and compliance support across a portfolio of Key client projects.
From small refurbishments to large multi-year programs, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of project documentation. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction or facilities who thrives in structured, process-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate, compliant project documentation Support milestone tracking and project delivery timelines Provide quality assurance and document control support Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet account standards Report on project performance, risks, and documentation accuracy Contribute to continuous improvement of project administration processes What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ admin or coordination experience in construction or project environments Cert IV in Construction or relevant qualifications (preferred) Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and contract law Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project or ERP systems High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering client value Why You’ll Love Working with BGIS✔ Hybrid Flexibility – Work 3 days in our conveniently located Sydney office (near public transport) and 2 days from home
