JSG is hiring a Contracts Specialist for a 6+ months contract opportunity in Irvine, CA. BS degree required for this role. 

Pay rate: $39-$45

Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator will manage and administer non-complex contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and supporting proposal development and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and negotiate non-complex contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. Monitor on-time delivery, quality, and payments, initiating corrective actions as needed. Review customer contracts, providing interpretation and risk assessments. Facilitate communication across departments to meet contract requirements. Participate in proposals and contract negotiations. Serve as primary contact for assigned contracts and maintain organized contract files. Ensure customer compliance with contractual obligations, including flow-down clauses. Assist Program Managers with contract obligations and resolve payment issues with Accounting. Coordinate import/export license applications and ensure timely contract closeouts. Perform Program Manager duties for assigned contracts with oversight.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience with contract administration, negotiations, and risk assessment.
Non-Essential Duties:
Assist in developing systems and procedures for contract management. Participate in action teams for process improvements.
