The Contracts Analyst role will involve data analysis and extraction, participation in the workflow and reporting related matters.

Accountabilities:

Analyzing and extracting relevant information from contractsEnsuring proper documents flowIdentifying potential documents and process inefficiencies based on internal policiesAnswering basic business partner requestsDelivering basic reporting based on contract informationProviding help and assistance to colleagues as needed as well as supporting other departments when neededPerform as positive role model by demonstrating continuous process improvement skills and support ofdepartment and company objectivesSupport organizational improvement efforts to drive-out cost inefficiencies, improve operational excellence, and bring about standardization and alignmentCarry out additional tasks as assigned
