If you're ready to elevate your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!What you will doReview, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with Oracle’s legal guidelines and purchasing policies with minimal oversight.Analyze M&A agreements, assess break fees, and manage disposition agreements as needed.Validate all contract packages for accuracy and adherence to Oracle’s business practices and internal approvals.Prepare executive approval requests for key legal clauses, summarizing business issues effectively.Partner with regional procurement contracts teams to understand unique requirements and optimize processes and documents for end users.Generate contract status reports and maintain contract logs.QualificationsSolid knowledge of contract principles and practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of customer service orientation.Highly motivated and proactive.Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.Ability to exercise independent judgment confidently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Oracle applications is advantageous.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating sound judgment.Excellent research capabilities.Proven negotiation skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to handle confrontational situations with patience, diplomacy, and tact.At least 2 years of experience in contracts.Law degree is a plus.Bilingual in English and German/Spanish/French is preferred. Why join us?
