Location: Binghamton, NY Category: Professional Posted On: Fri Oct 11 2024 Job Description: Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3) Salary: $55,151 The Contracts Assistant is a full-time professional position reporting directly to the Contract Administrator. The duties of the position include but are not limited to: + Contract Preparation: Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they meet legal standards and company policies. + Coordination: Working closely with legal teams, procurement departments, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the contract approval process. + Communications: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries and issues. + Tracking Deadlines: Monitoring contract timelines, renewals, and expiration dates, notifying review groups and relevant parties of upcoming deadlines. + Data Entry and Reporting: Inputting contract data into management systems, generating reports, and analyzing contract metrics as required. + Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing communication-related to contracts.
