Job Title: Bid Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bid Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing low margin reports, implementing price increases, and generating comprehensive reports summarizing margin analysis results. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, communicating insights effectively, and analyzing trends in margin performance.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review low-margin reports across all locations.Implement price increases for all locations.Generate comprehensive reports summarizing margin analysis results.Maintain accurate records and documentation of margin analysis.Communicate insights and findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.Identify and analyze trends in margin performance.Perform audits on POP (Point of Purchase) reports as needed.Conduct blanket audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.Carry out customer audits to verify data integrity.Provide support to the team as required.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative support and assistanceStrong document management skillsProficiency in Outlook and calendaringExperience with data entryAnalytical skills for margin analysisWork Environment

This position is based in an office setting. The role offers a supportive work environment with health, medical, dental, and 401K benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
