QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board Exam) in Civil Engineering Must have at least 1 year experience in bidding and awarding of contracts Can work under pressure and with deadlines Innovative and has initiative Good communication skills Must be willing to work in the head office

Provide cost evaluation to contractor bids and shop drawings Prepare and analyze cost comparison to design budget and cost studies Preparation and management of contracts to subcontractors Evaluation of contracts
