**Job Description**
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format based at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HSAAP) facility in Kingsport, TN, with time split between working onsite and remotely. However, based on multiple factors, remote work may be a possibility for this position, at the discretion of the business.
This role supports execution of the contract management role & responsibilities across the business portfolio.Join a dynamic Contracts team that supports the delivery of ammunition supplies and management of cutting edge Research and Development efforts across a diverse portfolio of government, commercial, and international customers. The Role:
+ You will perform the coordination and management of routine or moderately complex proposals, contracts, purchase orders and agreements under the supervision of a higher-level Contract Administrator or Manager. This may include analyzing of the solicitation, preparing summaries based on the analysis, with attention to the financial and business risk of the proposed effort, participating and leading proposal team meetings, preparing the terms and conditions and bid assumptions upon which the proposal may be submitted, reviewing the technical and pricing proposals for accuracy and consistency, and preparing proposal documents for submittal to the customer.
+ Responsibilities also include coordinating with other company functions as required to ensure the appropriate reviews are scheduled and conducted and the required review and approval signatures are received prior to the submittal of proposals or execution of contractual documents and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ You will build the working understanding, knowledge, skills, and experience required for effective contract management to include negotiations and regular communication with customers and management. Maintain and demonstrate professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers.
+ You will demonstrate a working understanding of the US Government and Acquisition environment, contracting methods, FAR/DFARS, and other government regulations.
+ You will interface regularly providing advice and counsel on contractual and business matters to team members, leadership, and customers and will develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with internal customers.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ U.S Citizenship
+ Bachelor s degree with a business related focus or liberal arts
+ Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel and customers
+ Capacity and motivation for hard work
+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
+ Develop/demonstrate research and presentation skills

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $54069 - $91917
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
