The POD Contracts Manager manages all deviated costs from our suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and drive to solution on complex problems. The Contracts Manager will lead the team of contract analysts and assist in various projects that ultimately drive efficiency and accuracy in the POD Contract process.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Develop a thorough understanding of vendor pricing contracts process and POD rebate requirements by vendor.Assign and maintain proper workload of vendor assignments.Onboard and train new team members.Create tools and procedures to ensure data integrity, accuracy and minimize rebate denials.Partner with IT department, suppliers and sales teamsMonitor the flow pricing contract documentsAssist with acquisition integrations.Manage the consolidation of pricing contract data from ERP integrations.Diagnose and solve issues with contracts and work with team to correct.Lead rebate discrepancy reports and the reconciliations with the vendors.Lead KPI reporting for contracts department.Salary - $65,000
QualificationsYou have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of experience within distribution & contractsPrior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts ReceivableThe ability to think objectively and interpret meaning of quantitative and qualitative data.A collaborative approach
