Contracts Manager
Description We are in the process of hiring a Contracts Manager to join our team based in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing contracts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities: • Accurately create and modify contractual agreements with vendors, partners, and internal teams, maintaining alignment with departmental and corporate objectives. • Monitor the performance of contractual obligations domestically and globally, and promptly address any issues or discrepancies. • Proactively identify potential risks in contracts and propose strategies to minimize or eliminate them, working in collaboration with legal and finance teams. • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Maintain a well-structured filing system for all executed contracts to ensure easy accessibility and reference. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any potential issues related to contracts. • Regularly review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that may arise. • Use your skills in 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Avaya CMS, Banner Ads, and Business systems to enhance job performance. • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and correct administration of contracts. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Contracts Manager • Proficiency in using 3M software • Strong skills in using Adobe Acrobat • Familiarity with Avaya CMS • Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads • Understanding and application of Business systems • Ability to handle Amendments in contracts • Experience in Auditing contracts and related documentation • Knowledge of Billing Functions in contract management • Proficient in Claim Administration • Experience in Clinical Trial Operations related to contract management.
