We are wishing to speak with a Contracts Manager to join a growing team working with a forward-looking construction company who specialise in refurbishment projects for major clients in the public and private sectors across the region up to a couple million in value.
As the Contracts Manager, you will manage and execute the contracts under contract conditions, work in conjunction with the project team ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress and will be responsible for providing sound advice, guidance and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
Responsibilities:
Allocate labour resourcesProvide supervision and supportManage variations, ensure all works are priced correctlyMonitor work performance, quality and safetyMaintain site registers and recordsConduct induction training and toolbox talksProvide regular project performance reports including a full monthly reportTake responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teamsUnderstand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes Requirements:
