Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager with expertise in EPC or large industrial construction to manage commercial obligations and risks in project contracts.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Law 3 to 4 years of relevant experience (preferably 6+ years) Experience in EPC, large industrial construction, or roadway projects US Citizenship required; ITAR compliance necessaryPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of "No Harm - No Foul" contract principles Familiarity with consortia contractsResponsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to understand commercial obligations and liabilities Develop and maintain Risk Registers for projects Implement standardized correspondence and milestone management tools Minimize financial penalties and optimize financial opportunities throughout contract life cyclePay Details: $115,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
