Role Overview: As a key member of Hologic’s Surgical Division, the Strategic Contracting Team is instrumental in achieving our mission by delivering high-quality, timely, and pragmatic solutions. We are seeking a driven, collaborative, solution-oriented, business-minded, personable, and responsive individual to join our team. The Strategic Contracting Team is integral to our business operations, actively contributing to our shared goals and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 3 Contracts Specialists, providing necessary guidance and support. Assist the sales team by reviewing, redlining, and implementing customer contracts. Manage contract activations and executions in Salesforce, and oversee customer pricing administration in Salesforce and Oracle for the GSS division. Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities in the contract activation and execution process using analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint. Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Directors of National Accounts, and field sales teams, regarding contract-related issues such as pricing, products, and requirements. Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by internal and external customers. Contribute to ad hoc projects and presentations as assigned. Enhance business processes, systems, and quality checks to ensure efficient, consistent, and accurate execution of sales contracts.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in redlining and negotiating contracts. Familiarity with terms and conditions commonly found in sales agreements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. JD degree preferred. Proven ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams. Compensation and Benefits:
Total Compensation Range: $102,500-170,000 with an annual bonus scheme.
