Responsibilities As Arcfield continues to expand our contracts portfolio we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Contracts Negotiation Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a contracts leader you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our contracts as our company continues to grow. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire contracts lifecycle from proposal development to contract execution and closeout, while ensuring compliance with company policy, federal regulation, and contract terms. Additionally, this position is responsible for integration support of existing and any potential future Arcfield subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex contracts and a proven ability to mentor contracts and other corporate functional personnel in the acquisition process. The candidate should have exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with other corporate stakeholders – Finance, Legal, Procurement, Pricing, and Government Compliance, Business Sectors, and Growth – to ensure the company successfully delivers on its contractual requirements in support of our customers’ missions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working on corporate integration teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Management and administration of company contracts including contract negotiations. Provides guidance and mentorship to contracts professionals and colleagues, fostering their professional growth and development. Provides support in the areas of contract negotiation, analysis, and administration; proposal preparation; and customer contact related to contract acquisition and fulfillment. Handles complex bids/contracts that may require integrating content from other corporate functions and/or preparing specialized or non-routine responses. Reviews and resolves all issues effecting contractual compliance and ensures satisfaction of company and customer objectives. Advises management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Collaborates with and provides contractual guidance to Arcfield’s business Sectors and program management personnel and manages contract change control process. Effectively communicates with Legal, Finance and Business Sector teams for resolution of contractual issues and disputes. Supports integration tasks for Arcfield subsidiaries. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10-13 years of contracts management experience or a master’s with 8-11 years of experience or a PhD with 6-8 years of experience Demonstrated expertise in federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and other relevant federal regulations Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance Desired: Other Education and Experience EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
