Contracts Officer 
Location - Malta 
Working Model - Hybrid 

A leading player in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Contracts Officer to join its team in Malta. The role involves managing the full life-cycle of contracts, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the correct processes and templates are used. The Contracts Officer will also support legal counsel, help with contract execution, and monitor regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, finalize, and manage contracts across the business. Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, and Operational teams. Use technology for contract execution and storage. Ensure contract processes run smoothly without delays. Conduct legal research and assist with KYC checks for Account Managers.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in business, law, or a related field. Experience in a similar role or government contracting is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Certification as a CFCM or CCCM is a plus.
