As a Contracts Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts to support our business units and corporate functions. Your expertise in contract management and compliance will be instrumental in driving our success. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to our Contracts Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our contract management processes, ensuring that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field\nStrong negotiation and communication skilld\nGood knowledge of contract law and understanding of intellectual property protection\nExperience with FAR/DFARs\nSound business judgment and strong problem-solving skills\nStrong negotiation and communication skills (both oral and written)\nAttention to detail and strong analytical skills\nAbility to function as a member of a virtual team\nDue to certain U.S. Government Contracting restrictions, U.S. Citizenship required\n\nWE VALUE
