Contracts Specialist
Job Title: Contracts Specialist Responsibilities + Review customer contracts and associated documents for risk mitigation related to liabilities, indemnification, insurance, warranty terms, and cancellation clauses. + Redline and edit contract language to align with company standards and protect business interests. + Maintain logs and records for all contracts, agreements, and customer accounts. + Conduct regular audits to ensure agreements are current and risks are managed. + Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to resolve contract issues. + Review customer purchase orders for compliance with quoted pricing, terms of sale, and company policies. + Ensure accurate entry of purchase orders into the ERP system. + Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes and documentation standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Accounting, or a related field preferred. + 5+ years of experience in contract review, legal support, insurance, accounting, or detailed administrative work. + Experience in manufacturing, EPC, construction, or capital equipment industries preferred. + Familiarity with ERP systems and experience in managing transactional data preferred. Work Environment You will be part of a supportive team of seven contracts specialists, working closely together from 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
