JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the immediate supervision of the Information Technology Officer II (functional) and the supervising Administrative Officer (administrative), the Information System Analyst I shall assist in the gathering, validation, and documentation of various system information and needs.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with programmers/developers and users of information technology modules/solutions;
2. Analyze existing FMS systems and business models;
3. Map and document interfaces between old and new systems;
4. Understand the software development lifecycle;
5. Translate FMS requirements into highly specified project briefs;
6. Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability;
7. Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems; and
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors.

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license (if applicable); and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
