and Internally Displaced Persons. Training certificates must be consistent with the
identified trainings indicated in the Personal Data Sheet
Experience
:
One (1) year of relevant experience on social work administration, project/program
development and management, research, training development and administration,
monitoring and evaluation, technical writing , advocacy, networking, social
marketing, media relations, Information Communication Technology development,
applications and operations

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under supervision of the Division Chief, the Social Welfare Officer III shall perform key roles in the preparation of research reports, project proposals, pilot implementation reports, materials development and documentation reports other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the conduct situation analysis/environmental scanning;
2. Review existing literatures/studies as basis in program/project development;
3. Prepare activity proposal for the pilot testing of specific program/project e.g. capability building, FGD and consultation meetings based on approved concept paper and program design;
4. Assist in the conduct of pilot testing, monitoring and technical assistance to DSWD Field Office/s, LGUs and other stakeholders;
5. Submit report on the status of pilot testing;
6. Assist in the conduct of program review/evaluation (preparatory activities);
7. Prepare documentation report on pilot testing related activities i.e. capability building/consultation dialogue;
8. Establish and maintain data banking on all projects pilot tested and completed SWD models of intervention;
9. Review, analyze and prepare technical papers and other documents;
10. Attend inter-agency meetings, both internal and external to the DSWD;
11. Prepare WFP, and ensures timely fund utilization; and
12. Perform other related tasks;

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license (if applicable); and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
