JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists the PDO III in ensuring division deliverables; responds to the grievances received through the various channels; endorses the grievances to the regional counterparts or concerned offices; and processes retroactive payment.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Management of Grievance Redress Mechanisms
1. Provides initial or final resolution to concerns and/or complaints received from different channels by the Division and records the same in the GRS tracker/system.
2. Endorses grievances to the appropriate Field Offices, Divisions, and external agencies.
3. Draft memorandum addressed to the concerned office/s or Field Offices on cases/inquiries received at the NPMO level, subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor.
4. Assists the PDO III in providing technical assistance to the regional counterparts.
5. Assists the PDO III in tracking the status of grievances and following up with the regional counterparts on case resolution.
6. Consolidates uploaded retroactive payment file transactions through the Pantawid Pamilyang Information System (PPIS).
7. Draft Notice of Approved Payroll Actions (NAPA) for submission to RMQAD for quality assurance.
8. Assist the PDO III in drafting activity proposal and budgetary matrix, subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor.
9. Assist the PDO III in conducting field validation.
10. Draft minutes of the meeting, feedback report, or summary of agreements (SOA) on the activities attended, subject to review by the immediate supervisor.
11. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Division Chief/PDO IV/PDO III
Redress Policy Development
1. Gathers feedback from the captured grievances received by the Division as input to policy development

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
Note:
(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
