Completion of two (2) year studies in College

Four (4) hours relevant training

One (1) year of relevant experience

:

Career Service (CS) Sub-Professional Eligibility / First Level Eligibility / Data Encoder Eligibility (CSC MC 10, S. 2013)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCY-BASED)

Education

:

Graduate at least two (2) year course in Office Management, Secretariat or related course 

Training

:

At least eight (8) hours of relevant training

Experience

:

At least one (1) year of cumulative experience in the area of office administration. Experience in government or familiarity with government administration an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the administrative unit head and/or the director in monitoring deliverables of the divisions/sections.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

Incoming 

1.Receives encodes, and ensures that incoming and releasing documents are properly tagged and filed in the data tracking system;

2.Drafts simple memoranda/reports and/or other communications in response to the requirements from other offices, as needed;

3.Coordinates with different OBSUs and Field Offices relative to various concerns of the NHTO;

4.Provide administrative support during meetings, workshops, training, and other activities similar in nature;

5.Performs other tasks and functions as may be specified by the Division Chief and/or the Director; and

6.Alternate Outgoing personnel.

1.Tracking system of all the incoming documents;

2.Memorandum

3.Other related documents.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score derived from the Education, Training and Experience (ETE)

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but rating should not be less than 65 points of the total ETE, performance rating and written examination results

Final Shortlisting:

Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 75%
