JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Section Head, the position assists in the efficient hiring and selection of staff, monitors status of hiring and provides data and status reports to the Program Manager relative to hiring in the Central Office and Field Offices, assists NPMO staff to comply with documents needed for various administrative requirements related to hiring and compensation.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares status report on current workforce and staffing requirements of 4Ps (including all field offices and the National Program Management Office as requested by the Office of the Secretary)
2. Provides updates on the status of staffing requirements for field offices and NPMO
3. Facilitates the completion of staffing requirements for field offices and NPMO
4. Conducts resume screening and endorses applicants for consideration HRMDS
5. Ensures proper submission of personal data sheet, employment contracts, daily time records, requests for overtime and Performance Appraisal Matrix (PAM) of 4Ps employees to the HRMDS
6. Assists the Senior Administrative Officer in identifying training needs and crafting training designs for 4Ps employees
7. Drafts memoranda and correspondence on matters pertaining to human resources
8. Ensures the facilitation and compliance of the program to the DSWD Strategic Performance Management System
9. Conceptualizes strategies and policies/rules to facilitate smooth implementation of HR tasks and responsibilities
Job Outputs:
100\% Facilitation of the request/concern of 4PS-NPMO staff specifically on Personnel Administration (e.g. Approved Leave Application, Request for COE, Service Record, LWOP etc.)

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license (if applicable); and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
