JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the immediate supervision of the Section Head, this position will support the quality assurance of IT deliverables by assisting in testing, analysis, and the development and execution of test scripts. The role also involves providing recommendations for improvement, assisting in dataset validation, maintaining IT documentation, and offering technical support for IT-related issues to help ensure system and data reliability and efficiency.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the conduct of system functionality testing through identifying appropriate test scenario and scripts to provide a detailed result and evaluation report;

2. Performs analysis of quality control and assurance requirements and assist in generation of QA reports;

3. Assists in the research and implementation of best practices related to data quality, security, and privacy;

4. Assists in the data cleansing and review of generated dataset;

5. Performs other tasks and functions as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
