JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Project Development Officer V (PDO V), provides system administration, testing and user support for software and systems under compliance verification.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Manages system administration for both online and offline compliance verification system.
2. Facilitates and monitors changes in the compliance verification system and its sub-modules.
3. Conducts Uses Acceptance Testing (UAT).
4. Assists in conducting orientation and training to users.
5. Assists in the design and development of new modules under compliance verification system.
6. Assists in ensuring system related Compliance Verification Processes are completed within the timeline.
7. Performs other tasks assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Head.
Job Outputs:
1. Change request forms for compliance verification system and its sub-modules.
2. User Acceptance Tests for compliance verification system and its sub-modules.
3. Orientation and training for compliance verification system and its sub-modules.
4. Software Development documentation.
5. Complete installation of required software.
6. Basic IT troubleshooting.
7. Reports related to compliance verification system.
8. Other output assigned by the National Program Director/Manager or Division Head.
